Have The Love Of God In Yourselves

“But I know you, that you do not have the love of God in yourselves.” John 5:42 (NASB)
To attain righteousness which would allow man to enter the Celestial City of God, man must love God supremely, and then he must love his neighbor as he loves himself. Such love is utterly impossible apart from the miracle of God’s grace, and the miracle of God’s grace is utterly impossible apart from Christ’s atonement. Ungodly men are wanting in such love as God’s law and God’s holiness demand, because unregenerate men have not the love of God in them.
